Are you facing an error message when trying to login? Here are the most common reasons as to why users can't login.
Your web browser has stored your old login details and add them automatically. Solution: Try and write or copy/paste username and password into the fields. Make sure you are not adding space to the details when copying.
If that doesn't work:
Remove the stored password for Clipsource in your web browser. In most computer-based web browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). Find where you clear password history, or specific passwords.
If that doesn't work, could it be that:
You have registered more than one email address and are combining the wrong user name with the wrong password? This is common when having two versions of a company email address (email@example.comfirstname.lastname@example.org). Solution: Make sure you are using the correct email address. If you don't recall the password to the email address, Reset your password. If you can't login with the new password, see point 1 above.
