These formats are automatically processed and transcoded for distribution.

Best practice recommendations

To ensure smooth upload, fast processing and optimal playback:

• Avoid legacy formats such as FLV, WMV and 3GP

• Prefer MP4 with H.264 and AAC

• Keep file sizes reasonable (avoid unnecessarily high bitrates)

• Use progressive scan video (avoid interlaced where possible)
