Make sure you are presenting your company in the best possible way and have all necessary information available in your screeningroom.
Before starting to upload clips you want to set up your account, adding valuable information about your company, contacts and any default restrictions.
Your account information is added to Account profile, found in the left side menu. Your account profile consists of four sections;
Add company name and description to your account under Source Profile. The information will be available to your account in the Clipsource platform. Under Other you add No Access Description any Default Restrictions.
- No access description - this is the message you want to show users who get a notification but don't yet have access.
- Default restrictions - these are the restrictions that will show to all clips by default, unless you manually add individual restrictions to a clip.
Add a main contact that will display next to your logo and company information. This person will also be the main point of contact for all your clips, unless you manually select other contacts to individual clips. Click Save.
3. External Channels
Activate any external channels you want to be able to distribute your clips through, by clicking Connect...
4. FTP Accounts
This tab contains preset information about your FTP details to the screeningroom for you, or any external parter to use for file upload. For information about how to upload files, see How to upload files to a screeningroom.
