Unsure if your emails have been sent ok? In the admin section there are two ways to confirm that they have gone out to your contacts.
1. Notification status in menu
Regardless if you are working on your press room or a screening room you will find stats to each email that has been sent under Notifications, in the left side menu.
The details listed show you the title of the email, date and time when it was sent and number of recipients.
Status to emails
Status can be different depending on where in the process your emails are. Status goes from Waiting (for when creating the email sending list), to Sending (during the sending process) and to Sent (when all emails are completely sent).
2. Status to individual emails
You can also find more in-depth information to each email sent. Enter statistics via the settings icon to the right of the title of your post.
Notification details
In the Notifications tab you will find details of how many emails were sent and who opened/clicked their email;
- Sent - number of notifications sent.
- Recipients - total number of recipients to the distribution list.
- Opened - number of recipients who have opened the email.
- Clicked - number of recipients who clicked a link the email.
When sending takes a long time
If there are many recipients to an email it might take a while before the system reports all as sent. If you find that the sending time is unusually long (when status says either waiting or sending), contact us on support@clipsource.com and we'll look into it.
